The Community Awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of highly dedicated members of our sporting community in the past season.
Start Your Coaching Journey as a Community Activator
Looking to begin your coaching journey?
Our Community Activators course is the perfect starting point!
This online introduction to coaching award equips you to lead sessions at grassroots level. It’s a fantastic way to gain knowledge about the sport and learn the essentials of delivering inclusive sessions.
Did you know? For Motability Scheme Inspire Leagues (or equivalent development league), a Community Activator can deliver your sessions!
We understand that Level 2 coaches are often in high demand with national league commitments. To help our clubs minimise coach restrictions, Community Activators can step in and support your club for your development sessions. We encourage clubs to pair newly qualified Activators with a Level 2 coach acting as a mentor, guiding them through their next steps.
Please note: You will need to have completed the course and have your DBS to acquire your Activators license before delivering any sessions.
