British Wheelchair Basketball are tendering for the evaluation of our E-Learning platform.
British Wheelchair Basketball (BWB) is committed to developing an inclusive and skilled workforce to support the growth of wheelchair basketball across the UK. Our learning platform plays a central role in delivering education and training to coaches, officials, volunteers, and administrators.
Online learning plays a critical role in enabling our workforce to learn at their own pace, regardless of location or schedule. It ensures that training is consistent, scalable, and inclusive, reducing barriers for those who may face challenges with traditional face-to-face delivery. The platform also supports continuous professional development, allowing users to revisit content, track progress, and apply learning in real-world contexts.
As BWB continues to grow its workforce, it is essential that the learning platform remains user-friendly, relevant, and future-focused. This evaluation will help us understand how effectively the platform meets the needs of our diverse workforce, identify areas for improvement, and shape a roadmap for innovation and inclusivity.
The purpose of this tender is to appoint an experienced evaluator to conduct a comprehensive review of BWB learning and make subsequent improvements to our current system.
