National League structure confirmed for 2025/26 season!
The structure for the 2025/26 season of the BWB National League has been confirmed today as we gear up for another thrilling series of wheelchair basketball fixtures beginning this autumn.
The National League Premier Division, Divisions 1-3, and Women’s League teams are confirmed as below for the upcoming season. The structure for Junior League and Women’s Premier League will be published in the coming weeks.
The Premier Division in 2025/26 is comprised of six teams. Aces have been promoted into the division following a strong performance in the 2024/25 season. Manchester Revolution 2 have been promoted to Division 1 North, and Swansea Storm to Division 2 South.
New team entries include Bath Romans, Brunel Bulls and CWSC Panthers. CWBA are now Coventry Comets following a rebrand.
A big thank you goes to the volunteers who form the Competitions Working Group who have guided us through the process this season. We continue to work on the next phase of the review following the initial consultation phase.
