Team England have announced their Men’s 3×3 and Women’s 3×3 teams set to represent at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games this month.
Membership opens for the 2026 / 27 season
British Wheelchair Basketball membership is now available to purchase through the online portal linked below. A BWB membership is essential to compete in all British Wheelchair Basketball competitions and leagues, including National League, Women’s Premier League, Junior League, and Women’s League.
Current 2025/26 BWB Individual Membership will expire on 31st August 2026*, and membership for the 2026/27 season will become active on 1st September 2026.
Adult Full Membership or Junior Full Membership is required for anyone wishing to compete in BWB National Leagues and Competitions as a player, coach, official, welfare officer, classifier, team staff, or if you have a role at a club. These memberships offer enhanced personal accident insurance and a variety of other exclusive benefits from our partners which can be found on the membership page.
Recreational Membership is required for BWB Inspire League, as well as sanctioned leagues such as UKWB. It also covers players who train at a club but do not compete for the club. More information can be found on the membership page below.

*Athletes set to be involved in the Home Nations Cup 2026 (8th – 9th August 2026) are required to have a BWB membership for the 2025/26 season.
