Team England have announced their Men’s 3×3 and Women’s 3×3 teams set to represent at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games this month.
GB Men Students claim silver at the 2025 FISU World University Games

GB Men’s Students have won silver in the 2025 FISU World University Championships 3×3 wheelchair basketball competition.
This edition of the competition was the first time wheelchair basketball has been featured. Throughout the event, around 8,500 student-athletes and officials from over 150 countries have been competing in 18 sports.
In their pool group, GB Men Students faced Bulgaria, Germany and Spain. Progressing through to the placing games, GB Men Students defeated Brazil in the quarter-finals and USA in the semi-finals.
The squad encountered fierce opposition throughout the competition, culminating in a tight contest with Spain in the final. Spain took the win 8:11, with GB Men Students taking home a historic silver medal.
