FIMBA GB announce first ever wheelchair basketball team
FIMBA GB have announced their first ever wheelchair basketball team, set to represent Great Britain at the FIMBA European Championships in Athens later this month.
The competition takes place in Athens, Greece, June 26th to July 5th 2026. Gary Davidson represents both as a player and as coach for the team, bringing experience to the role as a retired Paralympian and having had a substantial playing career in the National League. Steph Johnson captains the side.
