Tanya is the former Chief Operating Officer at the British Paralympic Association and Head of Summer Sport Engagement at the British Olympic Association. Tanya was the deputy Chef de Mission at the Beijing & Vancouver Paralympic Games and London Olympic Games.

Tanya is the CEO and Co-founder of Foot in Sport, an event and sports consultancy which supports clients with major events planning and operations.
