Independent Non-Executive Director: 2017 to Present

One of four independent Board Members, Sam’s appointment brings to the board considerable professional experience within the sporting, public and charity sectors including with UK Sport.

Sam’s area of expertise is focused on the development of high performing leaders and teams, and the evolvement of effective performance cultures within organisations. In 2013 Sam established his business Unforgiving Minute to work with individuals and businesses to achieve high performance.

Through his role on the British Wheelchair Basketball board Sam’s ambition is to support the growth and diversification of the sport and its membership within the UK, whilst also nurturing the GB athletes who inspire our nation.
