With an extensive background in the Charity, Retail and Leisure/Sports industry, Baynes has held a number of senior leadership positions prior to joining British Wheelchair Basketball, with particular skills in Marketing and Communications and most recently as a Managing Director of a sporting retail business.

Baynes brings to the sport a deep understanding of insightful leadership, effective communication strategies and a passion for stakeholder and partnership relationship development.
