Club/Organisation Affiliation: £100
All Clubs must be affiliated to BWB in order to enter teams into BWB National Competitions. Failure to affiliate will result in teams not being permitted to enter BWB National Competitions.

Please note: The Club/Organisation Affiliation fee does not include any team entry costs.
Team Entries for 2023/24 season
All teams must pay the entry fee by the deadline (all other leagues 30 June/Inspire Leagues 30 July*) in order to enter a BWB Competition – but please note the minimum player registration deadline is 8th September. The following are the team entry fees for 2023/24:
National League (including Premier Division): £240
Women’s League: £240
Women’s Premier League: £500
Kukri Junior League: £120
Inspire Leagues: £120
Any club wishing to enter teams into any BWB National competition will need to contact membership@britishwheelchairbasketball.co.uk in advance of registering so an administrator can be assigned to the team on the BWB Membership Portal.
Whilst logged into the web version of the Playwaze membership portal:
- Enter your club community
- Click the green get membership or BWB Affiliate Club 2023/24 button which will take you to a new screen
- Scroll down until you see BWB Affiliated Club 23/24
- Click Buy Now
- Enter payment details and select Pay Now.
Whilst logged into the web version of the Playwaze portal:
- Click the settings button
- Click edit
- Scroll down until you see roles and click roles
- Next to the role select the affiliated club member who carries out the role
- Click finish to save your changes
Whilst logged into the web version of the Playwaze portal:
- Supply membership@britishwheelchairbasketball.co.uk with the name of the team administrator and the team(s) they are associated. The administrator will then be assigned to your team on the BWB portal to allow them to administer competition entries.
- Click the league you wish to enter which can be found under the leagues heading– please enter your team into the correct league(s).
- Click the green enter teams button
- Select add existing team
- Select the team you wish to enter and click continue – you can enter more than one team, be sure to only enter teams for the league you are
- Enter payment details and click pay
If you wish to access the Competitions 23/24 Community before the beginning of the season, you will need to:
- On the Playwaze home page, click on the –Seasons– drop-down towards the top of the page
- Click on BWB 23/24
- Then click on Competitions 23/24 to access the Community
