At 16-years-old, Harry Brown became the youngest player to represent the GB Men’s Senior Team when he made his debut at the 2011 BT Paralympic Cup. The Halifax native first picked up the sport aged 11.

A talented athlete, Harry – who lost both legs to meningitis as a baby – has also represented England in Wheelchair Rugby League. Harry’s first senior selection would come at the 2011 European Championships.

Harry was one of eight GB U22 players to receive the honour of being selected to carry the Paralympic Flag into the stadium during the London 2012 Opening Ceremony. His own Paralympic debut would come at the Rio 2016 Games, winning bronze.

In 2018 Harry was part of the GB squad which secured Great Britain its first World Championships title. A vital team member of the GB squad, Harry was one of the starting five players in every game in Hamburg.
