Introduced to the sport by chance in a shopping centre in Wales, Anastasia first got involved at local club Rhyl Raptors and subsequently fell in love with wheelchair basketball.

Anastasia is an advocate for access to sport and fitness activities as a member of the Youth Sport Trust Youth Panel.

In 2018, Anastasia was part of the squad that claimed gold in the U24s Women’s European Championships.

Proudly representing her hometown of Rhuddlan, Anastasia has represented Wales on several occasions at junior level, and featured for the senior Wales Women’s 3×3 team at the Birmingham 2022 qualifier.

In 2023, Anastasia earned her GB Women Senior debut and was part of the team that secured both Silver and Paris 2024 qualification at the IWBF European Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
