Jade was introduced to wheelchair basketball after visiting her sister’s wheelchair basketball team. Picking up the sport quickly, Jade was selected for the 2018 U24 European Championships where the squad were victorious and retained the gold medal.
Jade’s selection to the GB Women’s team for the 2021 European Championships in Madrid marked her senior debut for GB, and her Paralympic debut would come at the Paris 2024 Games.
Jade made history at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, winning bronze with Team England in the first ever appearance of wheelchair basketball in a Commonwealth Games.
