Previously a successful wheelchair racing and tennis athlete, Charlotte turned her attention to wheelchair basketball and quickly became a fixture of the GB Women’s team. Charlotte made her major international debut for Great Britain at the 2013 European Championships aged only 14.
Since then, the Coventry native has been a consistent player in the GB Women’s team, notably assisting the team to a historic silver medal finish at the 2018 World Championships and Rio Paralympics fourth place.
In the build up to London 2012, Charlotte was an Olympic torchbearer in the relay for Warwick.
Charlotte made history at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, winning bronze with Team England in the first ever appearance of wheelchair basketball in a Commonwealth Games.
