European U25 medallist and Aces Wheelchair Basketball Club’s Player/Coach Ella Beaumont has been filming weekly wheelchair workouts so you can keep active at home!

All workouts can be done at home with limited equipment  (or equipment made from household items).

BWB Virtual Club, Powered by Kukri

Develop new skills with BWB Virtual Club, Powered by Kukri, every Saturday morning at 11am – a live online coaching session led by a qualified wheelchair basketball coach.

Hosted on Zoom, anyone can sign-up free of charge and join the session from their own homes by signing-up on the BWB Membership Portal (Playwaze) or via the session link below:

The Get Yourself Active team at Disability Rights UK is working alongside Sense to co-design accessible and inclusive pre-recorded videos to support disabled people and people with long-term conditions to get active at home during the pandemic.
