British Wheelchair Basketball has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Lord’s Taverners’ National Junior Championships, which was scheduled to take place at the University of Worcester in August.
The decision was taken to ensure the health and well-being of all involved, allowing members to focus on keeping safe and well without the added pressures of preparing for the Championships whilst the uncertainty remains over whether the current restrictions will be lifted.
All British Wheelchair Basketball sanctioned activities are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
